A new work for band is on the way: Hispalis
My new work for band is already underway: Hispalis.
As the name itself indicates, it is inspired by the city of Seville (Spain), the place where Juan A. Pérez is native. Through music, we will walk the streets of this magnificent city: the Giralda, its river, its dreamy streets and its traditions.
Seville is known as the pearl of the Guadalquivir or, as many prefer to call it: the sister of Rome, the other eternal city.
Ya está en marcha mi nueva obra para banda: Hispalis.
Como el propio nombre indica, está inspirada en la ciudad de Sevilla (España), lugar de donde es autóctono Juan A. Pérez. A través de la música, recorreremos las calles de esta magnífica ciudad: la Giralda, su río, sus calles de ensueño y sus tradiciones.
Sevilla es conocida como la perla del Guadalquivir o, como muchos prefieren llamarla: la hermana de Roma, la otra ciudad eterna.
